Panacea Red 560

Well, it was a great year for PANACEA Cigars. We had 2 of our blends listed in Fumee Worlds "Top Dozen Cigars of 2009". Our Red 560 was the #1 cigar in the list. Our Black 560 was #11. Both blends have a Brazilian maduro wrapper, with Seco Cubano, Ligero Piloto Cubano, Ligero Olor Dominicano, and Ligero Nicaragua as filler .The difference is in ratio of the filler. There is more Ligero Piloto Cubano in the Red than in the Black. The Red also has a Habano binder that is stronger than the binder in the Black 560. Either way...they are both great cigars.

The Red 560 is the same blend as our classic Red Label Churchill, Robusto, Torpedo, and Perfecto. The Red label perfecto has also been a huge success.

Another strong mover in late 2009 was our Connecticut Natural. The very blend I started the company on in 2007. Our natural really slowed as we introduced the two maduro blends, but then began taking off again in the last 4-5 months. It appears there is Natural comeback starting to build.

Well, this is the first post...just created the blog this evening. Once I figure it all out, I'll link to www.flatbedcigarcompany.com.
